Our Cost:

We are upfront about our costs and we will always stay competitive with our rates. We charge 15% of the first year only of a placed employee’s salary. This is on the low end of the industry standards which range from 20-35%, but still allows us to dedicate the time needed to find your team exceptional talent.

Protection from Risk:

We operate on a complete contingency basis. This means that we do not charge our clients until one full month after the new team member is placed. Furthermore, if that employee leaves or is terminated in the first three months after they are hired, we will backfill them at no additional cost.
